#wearefullcircle

Saturday, June 24th, 5:30 pm - 10 pm (register here)

This is an intentional space for folks who identify as Black/African Diaspora to network and build community through shared success and challenges in climbing and outdoors. If you are an ally, please consider prioritizing attending Sunday, June 25th event from 2 pm-7 pm.

In 2013, Expedition Denali made history as the first all-Black team to scale America’s highest peak. This history-making continued in 2022 with Full Circle Everest — the first all-Black team to summit the highest mountain on Earth.

Join Expedition Denali and Full Circle Everest athletes to celebrate these historic ascents . . . moderated by Teresa Baker and Conrad Anker. In partnership with WeGotNext and Touchstone Climbing, this celebration is an opportunity for athletes to use climbing as a catalyst for belonging in the outdoors.

We are all deeply connected to nature, whether running, camping, walking, birding, rafting, surfing, biking, fishing, tending to land, climbing, or mountaineering. Activities outdoors and belonging return us to that deep connection — reminding us #wearefullcircle.

Thanks to those in-community that helped make this event happen
